Consider This: Add Your Segment to "Major Glitch"

Sometimes you can fix something by adding a song-segment...

Chris Butler's playful, joyous, and just plain FUN "Major Glitch" is an ever-lengthening crowd-sourced song. Begun in 2008, the "Major Glitch" expands on Butler's original 69-minute "Devil Glitch", which was released in 1996 and certified "World's Longest Recorded Pop Song" by the Guinness Book for World Records in 1997.

I like to say that the "Major Glitch" is kind of like a record label that accepts ALL artists, but where each artist contributes verses to the same song. You record and mix your segment, then send it in to Scott Anthony at the Viewing Room, where it gets mastered and then added to The Glitch, appearing at this page. After segments from Jim Turner and myself (both recorded with the Lantern Sound Recording Rig) were added this past week, the total running time of the Major Glitch is now at 3 hours, 2 minutes and 32 seconds!

SO... Please consider contributing a segment. People like Kramer, Freedy Johnson, The Cucumbers, Gary "Pig" Gold, Ralph Carney, R. Stevie Moore, and Harvey Gold (and Manny Moore, as they say) are in on this thing, so you'll be in good company. All the details on how to do it can be found at:
